We keep account email, handle, pet name, photos you upload, public posts, comments, follows, purse and treat ledger.

We also process the verified email (stored in lowercase with spaces removed), the account identifier, connected login-provider identifiers, pet-profile identifiers and proportionate security records. We use that data to operate the account, apply the three-pet limit, link recognised sign-in methods, prevent duplicate-account abuse, protect users and the platform, and investigate appeals and security incidents.

We collect only the minimum needed. Account and pet records stay while the account is open, then up to 12 months after a deletion request unless a longer hold is legally required. Security and appeal logs are kept for up to 24 months. We do not use hidden device fingerprinting. We do not ask for identity documents unless a review genuinely needs them. Extra verification files are deleted when the review ends.

Sessions use an HttpOnly cookie and an optional phone-lock token on this device.

We do not sell lists. We do not show people photos on the wall. We do not publish email addresses or duplicate-account signals.
