Purse is pence on the server. The phone cannot invent a balance.

Treats and walks debit your purse. Treats credit the post owner. Walks credit @dogwalker.

Cash-out minimum £5. Fee 10%. Paid to your cash-out email. Status starts pending.

Refunds and disputes: email ricky@petles.com with the ledger row. We check the server ledger, not a screenshot.

Card top-up webhooks are not connected yet. +coins in the store still use the server purse grant.
